1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern your membership with Infinity Fitness Club (“Infinity Fitness”,
“the Club”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
1.2 By purchasing, activating, or using membership, you confirm that you have read, understood,
and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 All memberships are subject to approval by the Club. The Club reserves the right to refuse any
membership application where permitted by applicable law.
1.4 Membership commences upon successful registration and payment, unless otherwise stated.
1.5 Membership benefits are limited to the membership type purchased.
2.1 Members must be at least 16 years of age to join the Club.
2.2 Members aged 16 or 17 years must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian
before their membership is activated.
2.3 Members under the age of 18 may not register or purchase a membership online without the
consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2.4 The Club reserves the right to request proof of age or identification at any time.
3.1 Membership fees must be paid in full or in accordance with the selected membership plan.
3.2 The Club accepts approved payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, credit
cards, and other payment methods made available by the Club.
3.3 Payment confirmation will normally be issued within 24 hours of successful payment.
3.4 Members are responsible for maintaining valid payment details throughout their membership.
3.5 Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers (including Tabby, Tamara, Spotii,
Yusr Pay, or similar providers) are the sole responsibility of the Member.
3.6 All published fees include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.1 Memberships may be transferred only with the prior approval of the Club.
4.2 Transfers are permitted only to individuals who are not existing members of Infinity Fitness.
4.3 A transfer fee of AED 99 applies.
4.4 Any outstanding membership fees or additional charges must be settled before the transfer is
approved.
4.5 If the receiving member upgrades the membership or adds additional services, the applicable
difference in fees must be paid before the transfer is completed.
4.6 Promotional, discounted, complimentary, or special offer memberships may not be
transferable unless otherwise stated by the Club.
5.1 Membership freeze is available for eligible memberships only.
5.2 Unless otherwise approved by Management:
• 6-month memberships are eligible for freezing.
• 12-month memberships are eligible for freezing.
• 3-month memberships may be frozen only with Management approval.
• 1-month memberships are not eligible for freezing.
5.3 Freeze requests must be submitted using the Club’s official freeze request form before the
applicable deadline.
5.4 Memberships may only be frozen in full-month increments.
5.5 A freeze fee of AED 99 per month applies.
5.6 Members will not have access to the Club during the approved freeze period.
5.7 Approved freeze periods will extend the membership by the same duration.
5.8 The Club reserves the right to approve or reject any freeze request.
6.1 All memberships are sold as fixed-term commitments and cannot be cancelled once activated.
6.2 All membership fees, joining fees, administration fees, promotional packages, and other
charges paid to the Club are strictly non-refundable.
6.3 Members who are unable to continue using their membership may apply to transfer their
membership in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms & Conditions.
6.4 The Club is under no obligation to cancel a membership or issue a refund except where required
by applicable law.
7.1 Members confirm that they are medically and physically fit to participate in exercise.
7.2 Members must complete the Club’s Health Declaration Form before using any Club facilities.
7.3 Members must not use the Club while suffering from any contagious illness, infection, open
wound, or any condition that may endanger themselves or others.
7.4 Members with medical conditions or taking medication that may affect their ability to exercise
should seek medical advice before participating in any physical activity.
7.5 Members participate in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for exercising within
their own physical capabilities.
7.6 The Club reserves the right to require medical clearance before permitting a member to
participate in any activity where there are reasonable health or safety concerns.
8.1 Members must comply with all health and safety instructions issued by the Club and its staff.
8.2 Members are required to:
• Use a personal workout towel while exercising.
• Wipe down equipment after use.
• Return all equipment to its designated place after use.
• Follow all instructions provided by Club staff.
8.3 Members who are unfamiliar with any equipment should seek assistance from a member of
staff before use.
8.4 The Club reserves the right to stop any Member from exercising if their actions are considered
unsafe or may result in injury to themselves or others.
8.5 Members must immediately report any damaged or faulty equipment to a member of staff.
8.6 No food is permitted in workout areas unless otherwise designated by the Club.
8.7 Smoking, vaping, alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that may impair judgment or physical
ability are strictly prohibited within the Club.
8.8 The Club may temporarily close any area, equipment, or facility for cleaning, maintenance,
repairs, events, or operational reasons.
9.1 Members must wear clean, appropriate, and suitable athletic clothing while using the Club.
9.2 The following are not permitted:
• Jeans or denim clothing.
• Torn or excessively revealing clothing.
• Open-toed footwear, flip-flops, Crocs, sandals, or similar footwear.
• Clothing that may pose a safety or hygiene risk.
9.3 Non-marking athletic shoes must be worn in all training areas unless otherwise instructed.
9.4 Members must bring and use a personal workout towel while exercising.
9.5 Appropriate swimwear must be worn when using the swimming pool. The Club may require the
use of swim caps where applicable.
9.6 Nudity is strictly prohibited within all Club facilities.
10.1 Members and guests must behave respectfully towards other Members, visitors, and Club staff
at all times.
10.2 The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
• Abusive, threatening, aggressive, or intimidating behaviour.
• Harassment, discrimination, or offensive language.
• Physical violence or threatening conduct.
• Damage to Club property or equipment.
• Misuse of equipment.
• Any conduct that may endanger the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others.
10.3 Members are responsible for treating all Club facilities and equipment with reasonable care.
10.4 Members must follow all reasonable instructions issued by Club staff.
10.5 Soliciting or conducting private personal training, coaching, or selling products or services
within the Club without prior written approval is prohibited.
10.6 Members are expected to maintain appropriate personal hygiene while using the facilities.
10.7 Any Member whose behaviour is considered inappropriate may be asked to leave the premises
immediately.
11.1 Temporary lockers are provided for convenience only and must be emptied before leaving the
Club each day.
11.2 The Club accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
brought onto the premises.
11.3 The Club reserves the right to open and remove items from any locker left locked after closing
hours.
11.4 Unclaimed property may be retained for a reasonable period before being donated, disposed
of, or otherwise handled at the Club’s discretion.
11.5 Members are responsible for ensuring that valuables are kept secure at all times.
12.1 Photography and video recording must not interfere with the privacy, safety, or comfort of other
Members or staff.
12.2 Photography or video recording inside changing rooms, toilets, or other private areas is strictly
prohibited.
12.3 The Club may take photographs or videos within its facilities for promotional or marketing
purposes. Where a Member’s image is intentionally featured, the Club will obtain the Member’s
consent where required by applicable law.
12.4 Members must not photograph, copy, reproduce, or distribute the Club’s branding,
promotional materials, proprietary designs, or other intellectual property without prior written
permission.
13.1 The Club collects and processes personal information for purposes including membership
administration, communication, payment processing, security, and the provision of Club services.
13.2 Members are responsible for ensuring that their personal information remains accurate and
up to date.
13.3 Personal information may be shared with trusted service providers, professional advisers, or
competent authorities where necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or
protect the Club’s legitimate interests.
13.4 Where biometric access systems (such as fingerprint or facial recognition) are used, such
information will be collected and processed solely for membership identification and facility
access.
13.5 Members may contact the Club to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal
information, subject to applicable law.
14.1 The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership where a member:
• Breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• Fails to comply with Club rules or staff instructions.
• Fails to pay membership fees when due.
• Engages in behavior that threatens the safety, security, or wellbeing of others.
• Misuses Club facilities or equipment.
14.2 Suspension or termination does not automatically relieve the Member of any outstanding
financial obligations under the membership agreement.
14.3 The Club reserves the right to refuse future membership applications from individuals whose
membership has been terminated for serious misconduct.
15.1 Members acknowledge that participation in physical exercise and the use of Club facilities
involve inherent risks.
15.2 Members use the Club and its facilities voluntarily and at their own risk.
15.3 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Club shall not be liable for any loss,
damage, injury, or expense arising from the Member’s use of the facilities, except where such
liability results from the Club’s negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights that Members may have
under applicable law.
16.1 The Club shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations
where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not
limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, government action, public health emergencies, utility
failures, labour disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
16.2 Where reasonably possible, the Club will take appropriate steps to minimize any disruption to
Members.
17.1 The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, membership rules, operating
hours, facilities, services, and policies from time to time. Any material changes will be
communicated to Members where appropriate.
17.2 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the
remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17.3 A failure by the Club to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute
a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
17.4 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Club and the Member
relating to the membership and supersede all previous discussions, representations, or
agreements relating to the same subject matter.
18.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of
the United Arab Emirates.
18.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
18.3 Infinity Fitness Club will not provide services where prohibited by applicable sanctions or other
applicable laws.
